Free & Standard Delivery
At HLWellnessUk, we offer free UK delivery on all orders over £79.
For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of £6.99 applies.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Fast Dispatch & Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00pm (Mon–Fri) are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 working days.
All deliveries are handled by our trusted partner DPD, ensuring fast and reliable service.

Shipping & Processing Times
To ensure a smooth and consistent experience, we follow Herbalife’s official processing guidelines:

• Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00pm (Mon–Fri) are typically sent to the warehouse the same day and often dispatched immediately.

• Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 12:00pm are forwarded to the warehouse on the next working day and usually shipped the same day.

• Processing Time: Most orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours after processing, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that during holidays, weekends, or busy periods (such as month-end), slight delays may occur.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
